FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you provide telehealth services? Yes! I provide counseling through telehealth (video or phone). I have found so many benefits of participating in counseling through telehealth. It is incredibly convenient--no need to commute to a counseling office. It is great for people who are short on time, again because of no commute and because you can fit a session between other activities.
Do you take insurance? Yes!

If your insurance is not with these companies, you may still have out-of-network benefits that can be utilized for counseling. There are some insurance plans for which it is very difficult to find a provider, and in this case it would be a great idea to check into your out-of-network benefits to increase provider options.
How much are your sessions if not using insurance? My rate is $150 for a 55-minute session. If self-pay is not an option for your situation, some people pay for sessions, in part, by using out-of-network benefits. You can typically also use HSA/FSA benefits to pay for counseling sessions.
