Uplifting Counsel, an online Christian counseling practice based in NW Houston, Texas and Happy Valley, Oregon, is looking for part- and full-time psychotherapists. We are on a mission to increase Christian mental health care options. We are looking for providers who want to grow with us and become an integral part of our team.

Uplifting Counsel specializes in anxiety, stress management, OCD, and relationships, and we are looking for providers with experience in these and/or additional areas of treatment. As OCD is one of our primary specialties, some training may be provided to those interested in providing OCD treatment specifically.​

Medical billing to coordinate benefits/eligibility and submit claims

Additional administrative work opportunities if interested, such as mental health training development and social media

Pay range approximately $33,000-$97,500 (part-time to full-time)

Requirements:
-
Current state of Texas or state of Oregon license to provide therapy (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD, PsyD) (not associate license as we take insurance)

At least 2 years of providing mental health therapy (both newly licensed and seasoned clinicians are encouraged to apply)

Willing to work 10 hours per week or more

Personal confidential office space to provide telehealth services

Competence in and passion for providing Christian counseling services, which may include offering prayer and discussing biblical texts

Proven ability in completing clinical paperwork in a thorough and timely manner (within 48 hours)

Prior private practice experience a plus
